1. Sponsor
The sponsor is Sharp Honda, 3149 S. Kansas Avenue, Topeka, Kansas 66611 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is administered solely by Sponsor.
2. Promotion Period
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 10, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping method. The photo display is available only during Sharp Honda’s posted business hours
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Kansas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its
advertising agencies and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and
Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
4. How to Enter
- Step 1: Visit Sharp Honda during the Promotion Period and take a photo in the 15-foot pink chair.
- Step 2: Post the photo to Facebook or Instagram during the Promotion Period.

Step 3: Tag Sharp Honda and include #SharpGoesPink. The post must remain visible through winner verification. Entrants
with private accounts must send Sharp Honda a direct-message screenshot showing the qualifying post before the Promotion Period ends. Limit one entry
per person, regardless of platform. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, altered, late or unverifiable entries may be disqualified.
5. Content Requirements
Entries must be the entrant’s original photo and must not contain unlawful, threatening, obscene, defamatory or infringing material; unsafe conduct; or
unauthorized commercial content. Entrant must have permission from every identifiable person shown and from a parent or legal guardian for any minor
shown. Sponsor may remove or disqualify content it determines is inappropriate or noncompliant.
6. Random Drawing and Odds
On or about October 12, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number
of eligible entries. Sponsor may document the drawing and may announce the verified winner publicly.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted by direct message or other available contact method and must respond within 48 hours. Sponsor may require proof of
identity, age and Kansas residency, along with an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release and tax documentation. If the potential
winner is ineligible, fails to respond or does not complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Prize
One winner will receive $500, awarded by check. Approximate retail value: $500. The prize is nontransferable, and no substitution is permitted except by
Sponsor with an item of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specifically stated.
9. Charitable Donation
Separate from the prize, Sponsor will donate $500 in the verified winner’s honor to a qualified breast cancer organization selected by Sponsor. The
donation has no cash value to the winner, is not transferable and is not tax-deductible by the winner.
Before publication, Sponsor should replace this sentence with the exact recipient organization if already selected.
10. Publicity and License
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the entrant’s name, likeness, submitted photo, statements and city/state for
promotion, advertising, publicity and recap content in any media without additional compensation. Entrant grants Sponsor a nonexclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, edit and publish the entry for those purposes.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failure, force majeure or another circumstance compromises its
integrity or proper operation. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or acts disruptively. Sponsor is not
responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, inaccessible or corrupted entries; platform failures; or inaccurate entry information.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, and each of their affiliates, agencies,
officers, employees and representatives from claims arising from participation, acceptance or use of the prize, or use of an entry, except where
prohibited by law.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
The promotion and these rules are governed by Kansas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually,
without resort to class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Shawnee County, Kansas, except where prohibited.
14. Privacy
Information collected will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and as otherwise permitted by these rules and
applicable law.
15. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from
responsibility related to this promotion.

Promotion Period ends.
